Once upon a time, when my life was not filled with air pollution, toxic waste water and digital radiation-producing air waves, my hair and skin was beautiful. If I ate meat, I ate only lean cuts and tried to those with no added hormones, flavorings or antibiotics. I choose fresh baked bread with no additives over my beloved white bread. You would be surprised what is in your food. Within three weeks, I saw an improvement in my skin. It became more silky and soft. I lost the pesky bumps on my foreheads and even saw wrinkle reduction after about a month. I began removing my makeup with Organic olive oil instead of remover and following with a natural face wash. The change must have been so dramatic that I started getting carded again when buying a glass of wine and that hadn't happened in years.
